Zuvor arbeitete sie (sowohl im Rahmen mehrere Landesprojekte als auch freiberuflich) als Beraterin & Interim Managerin mit dem Schwerpunkt auf Enterprise Gaming, Gamification, Serious Games und UX/UI. Außerdem arbeitete sie über zehn Jahre als Projektleiterin & Standortleiterin in der Gaming-Industrie. In dieser Zeit leitete sie die Entwicklung von Softwareprojekten sowohl im Entertainment als auch im Businesskontext für unterschiedliche Plattformen sowie für den internationalen Markt. Sie ist regelmäßig als Jurorin und Gutachterin tätig.

Formerly she worked (as well in the context of several country projects as also freelance) as a consultant & interim Manager with the focus on Enterprise Gaming, Gamification, Serious Games and UX/UI. Furthermore she has worked as a Project Manager & Location Manager in the Gaming Industry for more than ten years. During this time she managed the development of software projects as well in the entertainment sector as also in the business context for different platforms and for the international market. She is also active as jury member and expert.
